• For ready-stock items, your parcel will leave our warehouse within 1-2 working days.
• For custom orders (e.g., greeting cards), your parcel will ship within 3-4 working days.
• Some handmade items may take longer to produce; in that case, we’ll contact you to notify you of any delays.

• Customers are responsible for any custom clearance, duties, or taxes.

We take great care to package your orders securely, but once the parcel leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for any issues.

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or returned:

• You must file a complaint with the shipping carrier.
• If the delivery failed due to an incorrect address, customers will need to pay for additional shipping fees.

We only accept returns for items that are defective or incorrect.

1. Share photos of the defective or wrongly delivered items within 1-2 days of receiving them.
2. We’ll arrange an exchange or replace the item with one of equal value. If that’s not possible, a refund will be issued.

• Payments via bank transfer will be refunded in cash through a bank transfer.
